"Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Raji'un"

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Alhaj Mahmud Hasan, the esteemed Chairman and Founder of Dipon Group. A true pioneer of Bangladesh's energy infrastructure and mega construction sectors, he breathed his last on September 26, 2026, at the age of 82.

His funeral prayers and burial were solemnly completed at the Banani Graveyard on September 27, 2026.

We pray to Almighty Allah to grant him eternal peace and Jannatul Firdaus.

গভীর শোক ও মর্মাহত হৃদয়ে জানাচ্ছি যে, বাংলাদেশের জ্বালানি অবকাঠামো ও মেগা প্রকল্প নির্মাণশিল্পের পথপ্রদর্শক এবং দীপন গ্রুপের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা চেয়ারম্যান আলহাজ্ব মাহমুদ হাসান গত ২৬ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে ৮২ বছর বয়সে ইন্তেকাল করেছেন।

গত ২৭ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে জানাজা শেষে তাঁকে বনানী কবরস্থানে দাফন করা হয়েছে।

মরহুমের রুহের মাগফেরাত কামনায় আমরা সকলের কাছে দোয়া প্রার্থী।
